The Apartment & Complex is south facing so sun all day and Boasts an outstanding 180 degree sea view of Fuerteventura and the harbour.

A good selection of Restaurants and a supermarket is on your doorstep, bars are only minutes away, 5 minutes walk and you are in the heart of the old town which has bars restaurants, shops and the main Biosphere shopping centre, so really it is an excellent location, yet still remaining quiet in the evening. From the Old Town you are 5 mins walk to the Avenida De La Playa Which is the Strip for all your lively bars, clubs, restaurants & shops, this stretches for about 1.5 miles to Los Pocollis.

The beaches run up to Los Poccolis then beyond to Matagorda then nearing the airport, there are a number of other beaches, the busiest being Playa Grande at the beginning of the Avenida, So 5 to 10 mins walk gives you a selection of beaches and bustling night life.
The Airport is a 10 mins drive, Car Hire (View links for prices) & Taxis are readily available ( cost around 20 euro). Airport transfer service is available this can be arranged prior to booking. So just book your Flights and you have just arranged your own personal holiday without the cost of a tour operator.
