This privately owned Upstairs apartment is very spacious light and airy.
You have an open plan lounge/ fully fitted kitchen with fridge freezer and oven, hob, microwave, electric kettle, toaster,sandwich toaster all cutlery and self catering needs are all supplied.

The bathroom is fully tiled with walk in shower,toilet and sink, towels supplied.
The double bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds and has fitted wardrobes.

The apartment comfortably sleeps up to 4 persons with the lounge having a large L shaped sofa which transforms into a double bed with all bed linen supplied and an extra wardrobe.TV,DVD player, CD player, playstation and a selection of games.

The apt is privately managed and maintained in Lanzarote with weekly linen changes.
The apartment has been re-decorated and re-furnished to a very high standard all the way through in August 2011 with personal touches such as an hair dryer, iron, ceiling fan in the bedroom and portable fan in lounge.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor so there are steps leading up, there are a few within complex, so it is not really push chair friendly but they have been used by previous customers without complaints.
